At Milosilo, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and undergoes strict quality checks before reaching
you. As we work with limited batches and carefully sourced fabrics, we follow a no-refund policy.
However, exchanges are available under the conditions mentioned below:
EXCHANGES:
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items should be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- For size exchanges, a nominal pickup & shipping fee of Rs. 199 will apply.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll take care of it with a free pickup and exchange.
- For size exchange requests, please contact us at hello@milosilo.in.
Please Note:
Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Since our products are delicately made, we're unable to accept exchanges for items that have been used,
washed, or damaged due to mishandling or regular wear.
EXCHANGE – TAG POLICY:
- Our products come with original clothing tags attached.
- If the tag is removed, broken, or missing, the item will not be eligible for exchange.
- This applies even if the request is raised within the 7-day exchange window.
- The tag ensures the product hasn't been used beyond a basic try-on.
Note: Any exchange request for items without original tags will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION:
- As we begin processing orders soon after they’re placed, cancellations beyond this timeframe may not be possible.
- If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may offer you store credit or assist with a product/size change, depending on availability.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS:
At Milosilo, each piece is thoughtfully made and handled in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed.
