Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Since every piece is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns. But if the size isn’t right, we do offer size exchanges.

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link on email and message.

We currently offer prepaid orders only. This helps us keep things smooth since all pieces are made to order.

Since our fabrics are natural, slight shrinkage may occur if not cared for properly. We recommend gentle washing to maintain the fit.
