However, exchanges are available under the conditions mentioned below:
EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.
To be eligible:
- Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
For exchanges, you'll need to send the product back to our return address. Once we receive it, we'll process your exchange. A ₹199 exchange fee will apply.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and quality inspection.

Since our products are delicately made, we're unable to accept exchanges for items that have been used,
washed, or damaged due to mishandling or regular wear.

As we are unable to facilitate reverse international logistics, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders delivered outside India.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear continuous unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Requests without valid video proof may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

At Milosilo, each piece is thoughtfully made and handled in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed.
